Class Offerings Include
The aim of this practice is to amp up the body’s natural self-cleaning abilities. After a vigorous warm-up, we’ll be able to move more deeply into the twists, inversions and other poses that help stimulate healthy circulation, digestion and lymphatic drainage needed to remove unwanted toxins.
